Nah it's possible. My brother looked ridiculous in high school and now is a really good-looking guy! (My female friends always ask about him haha). And when I say he looked ridiculous I mean RIDICULOUS. XD

Yeah, my sister was super awkward-looking in elementary school and parts of high school, because she had gigantic glasses that didn't suit her face, she had braces for a few years, and she didn't dress well (like, baggy t-shirts with horses on them) or style her hair.

Towards the end of high school and into university, she got rid of her braces, got contacts, learned to dress well (through moi!), discovered mascara, and ... well, she's now considered pretty damn hot. I'm not even being biased here because she's my sister and i love her--I'm honest to god, she's gorgeous.
