IDK. I've never understood the whole fat acceptance movement because the problem with being fat isn't about looks, it's about health. I defriended all the fat acceptance people on my flist because they just couldn't get that. Of course someone can be attractive if they're overweight, that isn't an issue at all. The issue is the cost of health care and weight-related health issues cost everyone in some way, whether through the cost of insurance, cost of services, or cost of publicly funded care.
