thread OP, you're wrong. Most teens already look gawky and unattractive and weird (without cosmetic help) they're teens growing into awkward body parts sprouting all over the place. Teen wolf is not an accurate represenation (considering adults play them)

Just because you find them unattractive doesn't mean they're still unattractive when they grow up or were unattractive in the first place.

Honestly I have issues just imagining what an ugly person would look like. Ignoring what cinema would have us believe is ugly (the average person is apparently ugly) - most people have not been hit by the ugly stick. Those who do manage to not be conventionally attractive tend to have something that happened to them/illness/whatever in which case they don't deserve to be derided for not being attractive

Overall, an ugly personality shows through each time.

Not really. There are a lot of people who just plain inherited a big nose, buckteeth, close-set eyes, bad skin, big forehead, thin lips, big gums, receding chin, etc. Conventionally attractive is a pretty narrow field of looks.
