When a woman brags about being attractive -- or insults someone, or otherwise steps out of line -- the inevitability of comments calling her ugly or fat is really disheartening. It's even worse when other women post the comments.

That said, this is an incredibly obnoxious secret (but mostly because of the OP's attitude toward her friends and her unashamed support of a sexist workplace structure that rewards attractive women for their looks alone).

and by "support" you mean "use the leverage she has to get a better chance rather than refusing it if it should come and remaining unemployed" i take it

If she really can't rely on anything other than her looks to get employment, well...

So you don't think there's anything wrong with a company hiring incompetent people simply because they're physically attractive (potentially at the expense of people who could actually do the job)? Because, seriously, someone who is doomed to remain unemployed unless s/he leverages his/her looks is someone who has no skills or qualifications and shouldn't be hired by anyone.
