I don't understand why EVERY adaptation of Sherlock Holmes has Irene Adler as such a prominent character. She was in ONE STORY! And yes, before you ask, I have the same problem with Moriarty always being the main villain. (Personally, I thought Milverton was a much better villain for a story arc.)
