"Would you fuck me if it saved you/got the information you want/gave you the oppotunity to kill me? Because she'd expect you to do whatever it takes," sort of thing.
When Bond is completely unfazed by his advances, and say that he's done it before, he drops that line and moves on.
Everything he does is based on his obsession with M and how he felt betrayed and wanted revenge. I honestly didn't get that he was actually attracted to Bond.
