If one's a virgin due to being asexual, though, then wouldn't it be more productive in the long run to challenge certain people's prejudices against virginity and celibacy? How can you expect them to sit down and quietly take it for their entire lives?

Nah, you don't get where I'm coming from. I'm not commanding, I'm saying that, in my experience, there's a limit to how much you can say about this shit when it's pervasive as it is, and it is, for me, better in the long run to just live my life. Because if I care about every negative thing someone says about virginity, I would go insane. It's too much energy.
