Tapping things with my fingers (or just tapping my fingers together) or tapping my crutch when I use it on the floor, same with clicking pens on and off also putting things in straight lines and does cracking my joints count? Because I do that all the time.

I also tend to say sorry way too often and I do the no to requests then doing it thing too.

I probably got a lot of other quirks too, because I'm a pretty obsessive person at times, but those are the major ones I think...

I can crack basically any joint, my family finds it really annoying...

Good luck on that, as far as I understand it is the sound that gets to people?

Sort of? My best friend has misophonia (sp?) and for her it's different - she can't stand people eating food or smacking gum really close to her. For me it's more the psychological thing because gum-smacking (unless repetitive) isn't really annoying for me at all even though it sounds almost exactly the same. I don't like thinking about joints being moved around like that, popping out of/into place, etc...it's kind of a squick

(also I've accidentally cracked y own fingers a couple times and it really hurts)

Ah I see!

If it makes you feel any better, if I don't crack my joints the stiffen...

(Really? Which reminds me I pulled two of my fingers out of the joint, I'm not sure what you call it? I had to tape them together for like a week, because it hurt like hell. And I hadn't been arsed to find a new GP.)
