I am a knee jiggler

I jiggle my knee.

I was watching Doomsday Preppers the other day and there was this country singer guy with a bunker in the mountains and he was jiggling his knee during an interview and I was all "My brother! Come, let us jiggle our knees together, for we are the same!"* It also annoys the crap out of my grandmother.

*Except for the part where I don't have a bunker full of canned beans and am significantly less paranoid about the Russians dropping a nuclear bomb on Tulsa.

You can come to me and we can jiggle our knees together!

Drives my step mother up the wall. Which is one of my favorite pastimes so I'm okay with it.

I literally just realised I was jiggling my leg as I was reading this.

(It's either jiggling or actually swinging my legs. ...I have short legs, okay.)

Fellow fidgeters unite! I remember reading in the 80s there was a study that suggested the terminal fidgets have high metabolism, and are generally in better health, less overweight, etc. This seems to be true for me.
