Uh, mostly aliens from video games (Thane, Garrus, Mordin, etc.) or sci-fi, though I know I'm far from alone in fandom.

Or characters that wear armor. Like Master Chief...the things I would do to him. But he needs to keep the armor on. (At least most of the time.) Before you ask, idk how that works but I'm willing to try.

Hell, I find Dom and Baird from Gears of War hot too, and I'm pretty sure the last thing anyone thinks when they hear Gears of War is 'hot'.
