I never socialized much, so I have a few quirks. Nothing too weird, though.

-Whenever I'm eating some kind of legume, I peel the skin off with my teeth before I eat it.
-I talk to fictional characters as though they were my imaginary friends, especially if any particular character could 'help' with a problem. Apparently this is something a lot of people do but no one admits to.
-If I can go without socks or shoes, I won't wear them. I can't stand wearing them at all.
-I know a lot of people here will agree with me, but spiders and snakes are just as adorable as kittens. Especially jumping spiders when they're hunting.

My sister-in-law LOVES snakes and thinks they're adorable. She caught a non-poisonous snake at her mother's job once and was cooing over it like it was a kitten.

She HATES spiders, though. Violently. Except for tarantulas, she loves those for some reason.

I think she's younger than you, and I don't think she comes to F!S much, although...that would be hilarious if it was true.

I'm not actually your sister in law, I just have the same issues about snakes and spiders vs. tarantulas, so I was making a joke. Sorry if it came off wrong! |D

Oh man, I do the exact same thing with shoes. I'm barefoot as much as I can possibly be. And when I do wear them, it's loose sandals as much as possible. (Even now, I'm at the library, and I've taken my sandals off.)

I don't know about spiders but I think snakes are cute. I'm indifferent about spiders. Once I got to hold a black racer when I was in college, cleaning up a natural area with park rangers (for credit in a bio class) and the ranger found it and let me hold him. Everyone else was FREAKING THE FUCK OUT but I loved it because you could feel the snake's muscles contract and expand aahhhhh

I always wanted a pet snake but my mom was really adamant about me not having one :(
