When Durarara!! was airing I was briefly in the fandom but I left pretty quickly because I didn't care for the dominate pairing or how fanwork portrayed them. (I never actually have finished watching that show, either.)

I think the craziest fandom I've ever been in long-term was Digimon, but I actually really enjoyed being in it. Sonic the Hedgehog was also my first fandom, but either it wasn't as crazy back then OR I avoided the craziness. (Or maybe I was just way too young to notice how insane it was.)

sorry you had that experience with durarara :( the show itself is still pretty awesome though, i encourage you to take another look at it <3

I think I will! I love Baccano! so I definitely want to give the series another chance.
