(Anonymous) 2012-11-16 09:18 am (UTC)(link)Bleach shipping wars got so ugly....I'm a little sad that it's not as popular anymore, but I don't miss the shipping wank and the batshit girls that haunted those clubs.
There was one little fandom I was in, where the mod would go apeshit on everyone who liked shipping. I don't understand why. They didn't bash anyone or anything. They were just happy all the time. There was no in fighting. I get that some coms prefer to keep everything generalized, but our community was so small that it was hard to seperate those things out. I think that mod really needed to lighten up.
