I can understand blaming her for the betrayal of her sister, but her wolf dying REALLY wasn't her fault; the thing is, we kind of get an idea of what would have happened no matter what Sansa said. She didn't back up either Joffrey or Arya, and it was Lady who was ultimately punished. Had she sided with Joffrey, Lady would have been killed; had she sided with Arya, Lady would have been killed. Lady was completely innocent, and Cersei knew that--she just wanted SOMETHING to die because someone upset her widdle baby.

You can't really blame Sansa more than Arya--it was Arya who attacked the crown prince, and Arya's wolf who bit him. Sansa got all of the blame for it, despite her only crime being to plead the fifth, so to speak.
