Urgh I get you there. I'm personally just not looking, but everyone still wants to talk to me about seeing people or how to see people or where I can meet people or people they know.

And I'm not interested in looking, I don't value it (a relationship) that much.

I even had a friend tell me that she felt sorry for me because I'm missing out on all the great parts of a relationship (i.e. mortgage, constant companionship). Which pissed me off because I LOVE my independance. I like having full responsibility of my bills and not sharing ownership of future house or dogs or whatever. I don't want to split ownership.

And god forbid I be lonely one day, because obviously the solution is to dress up and go out and meet people. Which I HATE doing. I'm lonely, which means I just want to catch up with a friend for a hour or so for a coffee, not get in a relationship.
