This was my experience with a/b/o AUs. The reaction of "what the hell is this? LET ME TRY" is probably a pretty common one when you get to those really out there kinks.

Haha. I was the same with a/b/o stuff too, but teen wolf has sort of opened me up to that. I can't really read any other fandom with it though. I haven't written anything, but I do read it now.

psst hey are you planning on posting it anywhere when you're done? I am very interested in well-written m-preg and longfic. (also which one is pregnant?)

but if you do want some good m-preg for this fandom I'd like to rec this: http://usedtothebeach.livejournal.com/1104.html which is really really good (flocked, but the author accepts friend requests, and it also features miscarriage so if you're sensitive to/triggered by that then don't read it). Pretty angsty but definitely one of the better fics in the fandom, and I say this as someone who doesn't really ship Larry.

what's the fic that you read first? it doesn't ring any bells and i'm generally at least aware of the most well-known fics on lj/ao3 and on tumblr.
