In the link is some pretty graphic descriptions of physical attacks and disturbing quotes so I included relevant quote so you don't have to click.
" The woman said she was driving and Scott was riding in the passenger seat as they went home Nov. 2 from the movie "Flight." Scott talked about how much he liked the movie. The woman disagreed.
Scott got mad, the woman wrote, and began pushing her against the driver's door, yelling and threatening to jump out of the moving car."
