(Anonymous) 2012-11-21 02:10 am (UTC)(link)On the other hand, "death by exile" sounds like an old SF novel in which criminals weren't executed, they were "expelled"--but it amounted to the same thing, since the portion of the place of exile available for their occupancy was about an inch wide, and they were forced into it with a steamroller.
