Maybe she just hated Ted secretly and Tony was merely a ploy to get rid of him. And she still had done all that stuff with J.D. and only pretended to date Tony when Ted was looking.

Well...I was obviously joking to make OP's headcanon fit...

Dang I thought this was a Stella only secret. I hated Tony (and wasn't a huge fan of JD by the end either) so I get it! She wore her actualfax doctor's jacket from Scrubs in the first Stella appearance.

JD/Elliot hate secrets always make me sad because while ITA they were a fucking horrible idea for a couple for seven seasons of the show's run, IMO they were really good when they finally got together properly in season 8 precisely because they didn't have any of their earlier problems.

But ah well, doesn't matter, because I make up these kinds of headcanons about shared actors all the time and I loooove it. For example, Lily is totally Willow leaving her demon-fighting life, hooking up with Marshall, and inserting herself into the gang's memories via the same magic as Dawn, and her trip to San Fransisco was because the Scoobies really needed her for something and she thought maybe she wanted to go back to that life.

Eh, I hated Elliot and JD pretty equally, but I'm sorry your headcanon was ruined.

That's just..sad. I mean, I really got sick of JD/Elliot as the series went on but you make JD sound like an abusive monster or something if she actually had to change her name to get away from him. I find the idea that his daughter was taken away to another state without his knowledge and he's unable to ever see her to be really depressing. And what about Carla and everyone else at Sacred Heart? Did Elliot cut off all contact with them too? Bummer, man.
