I really wanted to get into it because so many of my friends and family like it, and it's another fandom I'd be able to share with my girlfriend. But I tried to read the books and just didn't like them. You should be glad to like popular fandoms that you can share with so many other people.

RE 8 - I quite liked the film actually. MUCH prefer it over the book, which just seemed horribly lacking.

But yes, he was wonderfully sexy and really helped the film. I could totally believe him as a young Hannibal, and I loved his acting. I hope he acts in more more-accessible films soon.

10. I've always felt a bit envious of people who find so much time to devote to fandom, I can barely update my LJ every once in a while, and steal a couple minutes daily to check comms and that's it. Sometimes I'd like to sit and make tons of icons and try my hand at writing fic, but whenever I try I feel remorse because I should be studying or working.
