If we're going on just visuals?

Here are a few. Three are Homestuck: Oh No, Vriska! and Blue Lips are really good, and then for something shorter and kind of silly but visually awesome, Destroy Them with Lazers (some of the artist's other videos are good too).

This one, Abracadabra, is also REALLY silly, as it features many of the male members of the Yu-Gi-Oh! cast (including a few from GX and 5D's) dancing...kinda girly hip-hop? But the visuals are striking and the animation is actually really well-done.
