In her case, it was definitely her OCD. They really started ramping up her obsessive compulsive tendencies as the show went on (this is most evident when you compare it to how they portrayed her in the beginning of the show, where she was mostly just kind of a neat freak and maybe a bit eccentric). At one point in the show, she could barely even function because her OCD was completely taking over her life until she finally saw a therapist who wanted to prescribe her medication. So...yeah, I think you're projecting just a little too much in this case. I'm sorry that the show made you feel poorly about yourself though. Just pray that Glee doesn't ever actually decide to tackle asexuality because I'm guessing it will be a hot mess
