I completely agree.

I know many of them were scared for their parents and the rest of their families (and also for how they might be punished should Voldemort actually win), but I refuse to believe that all of them bought Voldemort's agenda.

Eh sort of. It's mentioned in one serial or tie-in novel or something that the Doctor has 13 regenerations. But then there was a line in a recent SArah Jane Adventures episode that implied that there wasn't really a limit.

And it's not like the BBC is going to be like "OH NOES! I guess we're going to have to end this franchise that brings in a lot of money because the Doctor is out of regenerations!"

They'll write around it.

It won't be that hard.

You can just say that it was the Time Lords that has imposed that regeneration limit and since they are gone now, there is no limit on regenerations.

This person's got to be a troll, right? Doing some form of performance art, maybe?

They take everything on tumblr completely seriously and don't allow for context on anything. And they're a hardcore vegan and SJW who doesn't actually yell or insult anyone? Except passive-aggressively in tags. I'm actually pretty sure most SJWs would hate them, and yet I'm not sure what else to call them. And they have no sense of humor.

Oh, I completely agree. I think it was the wrong choice because in the books her nuance is clear without changing that part of her character. I just think the show runners made that change partly to make Joffrey look worse (as if that was possible) and to play up her sympathetic side. And I think some of it may have stemmed from dislike of the idea of a woman being okay with children dying or even having them killed herself (the book purposefully isn't clear which of them ordered it). Which I don't like at all. The show runners clearly have some issues.

Oh, absolutely, me too. (For me it was that Doctor Who was what I threw myself into immediately after Harry Potter seven came out and all of a sudden my first fandom was never going to be the same, but it consumed all of high school for me, so I'm pretty invested.)

I actually really, really like Eleven and I'm generally okay with Moffat as a showrunner, but I HATE Amy, and while I started off liking both Rory and River they both went massively downhill for me. I've been wishing for a new companion for ages, and I'm so happy to finally get one for Christmas. Plus, a historical companion is one of my dreams come true, I loved Jenna as Oswin, and her chemistry with Matt seems promising.

I liked s5, disliked most of s6, and loved the first half of s7 more than I've liked anything in Doctor Who since Ten left, for which I give most of the credit to the amazing guest stars.
