Help me find a Snarry fic, y'all

My query is still in moderation over at hpstoryfinders and my membership has not been accepted at snarryficfind, so in the meantime, HELP ME FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY!

In this story, Harry leaves the Britain immediately after Voldemort's demise and travels, maintaining little contact with those he leaves behind. In his absence, the Ministry begins persecuting Slytherins--monitoring their wands, restricting their magic, and otherwise limiting their civil rights. Harry returns to Britain when an acquaintance abroad mentions being worried for her Slytherin relatives and also because he feels a dark power beginning to rise. Snape owns an apothecary shop and employs a former student as an assistant (for some reason, I think his name is Dweezil or something like that). Like all the other Slytherins, they are impoverished and basically starving. Harry gets righteously pissed when he sees what's going on and lays the smackdown on the Ministry, getting the Wizengamot to revoke all the restrictions. He and Snape shag their little hearts out in between times, Minerva makes an appearance or two, and Seamus (I think) is an Auror who treats Snape poorly and causes Harry to bemoan the sad state of the house of Gryffindor.

I'm pretty sure the story is archived at skyhawke although it probably is archived elsewhere too. Word count is most likely 10,000-15,000.

It was in the medium length Snarry section and the only reason I knew this was it was because painless_j wrote an additional summary with Lunabee's descriptions regarding the ill treatment of the Syltherin's and such.
