He's not actually that much shorter (Seekers are maybe a head shorter than Megatron in G1 - Megs is pretty damn huge in most other continuities), he's just bent double. His hips seem to be between Megs' legs. Bet he's wishing he was a Jumpstarter right about now, in any case.

It's pretty common for the size difference between Megatron (or other characters of comparable height) and Seekers to be exaggerated like crazy in fanart, though, and it does look to me like if he were straightened out, the Skywarp in this picture would be more than a head smaller than Megatron.

Heh. Looking again, you're definitely right about this pic, and I'll have to take your word for the other part...I don't actually look at a lot of G1 fanart. More Prime and occasional Animated.
