Since you used the phrase 'Can't enjoy fandom anymore', I'm assuming this hasn't always been a problem for...in which case, I'd suggest taking a step back from fandom for a while. It sounds like you may be getting a little too invested in the ships you like, so taking some time away from them might help. If you can't, and you keep having this reaction then fandom really probably isn't a place you're going to want to be because multiple ships is kinda a huge thing here, as I'm sure you know.

Also, if I'm understanding this right [You having this reaction to seeing A with C in fics instead of with B instead of A actually cheating on B in the fic], I'd probably just force myself to read some AC fics to kind of inure myself to them, and give a kind of 'Hey, remember this is just fiction!' wake up call. However, considering your reaction...I don't think that would be a good idea.
