I read three that were xposted to my friends list.

Ari's Ginny/Hermione (nicely dark), a Natasha/Pepper (fabulous narrative structure), and Janeway/Crusher (that just about broke my heart into bitty bits).

Only the fandoms I'm familiar with, but I think most of them (out of the ones I've read) are fantastic.
