Is there any legit LGBT romance storylines in any video games? Not like pity romances like they did in Mass Effect.

Princess Panic! http://prinpan.tumblr.com/ will be this once it actually gets made. (The developers decided to start with something simpler first, which is probably for the best as they'll get some good game developing experience before tackling Princess Panic!)

Honestly, there is such a lack of good games with LGBT romance that it makes me want to get into videogame making just for that.

I think Endrance's storyline in .hack//G.U. is pretty legit? It's up to the player whether he actually gets his guy or not (and their marriage scene is sort of half-assed), but he's a great character whose feelings spur him into doing some awesome things.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking for. Many games where you can romance characters have the option.

One day, when I actually have the free time to do a big project, I want to make a video game. Probably with rpg maker. And when I do, the rulers of the kingdom my game is going to be set in will definitely have two Queens. (And neither of them will die. And that won't exclude other characters in the game from being LGBT either.)

I do have some cool ideas for characters and plot, but alas, only ideas for now. One day though!
