"Somebody's Going to Emergency, Somebody's Going to Jail" is a good episode, but I've always hated the Toby storyline from that episode (partly because I disagree with Sorkin's politics on the issue, and partly because I really don't like the way he frames the politics in that storyline - it's absolutely "A bunch of caricatured idiots believed these things and they're obviously wrong").

But I absolutely love the episode for Sam's storyline, and his speech at the end of that episode is one of my favorite moments in the whole damn show. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KE05oVdbqw
