I'm going to need more statistics here, like how USM was doing right before the big "Death of Spider-Man" arc.

January 2011 Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #152 33rd place 33,481 sales (this is not so hot)

October 2012 Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #16 57th place 39,679 sales.

Not quite at pre death of spider man levels, but in the ballpark, and lower by comparison to other titles.
