We've been together for quite a while now. The insecurity on his end has gotten better, but I still need to talk about it diplomatically.

It's not that he'd never be open to something new, it's just that a) it always seems to come from my end and b) it tends to just be that one time when we do. Also, there's stuff that he's just not into and I respect that. But it leaves me with limited resources to work with.
