I actually have this problem all the time. Either I will sometimes look at two very different people and think they're related/twins because they "look" so alike to me (hair and body language), when they're not remotely related and often aren't the same age or race. Other times, I'll see identical twins and I won't even see that they are related because they carry themselves so differently.

I can't really read faces, emotionally or otherwise - I tell people apart with characteristics like hair and body shape, and focus more on body language for emotions or just generally gauging their characteristics (which has led to some serious problems over the years, though it's also lent me some surprising benefits, too).
