(Anonymous) 2012-12-04 05:13 pm (UTC)(link)So I don't. I mean, I don't have any geeky clothes and such and I don't talk about fandom with anyone who isn't confirmed to be a fellow geek before hand. I've seriously ran out of patience for being made fun of. So yeah, happily closeted.
May I suggest going to conventions? They do wonders for me. The first time I went I loved the feeling of freedom and fitting in. It was great and it's still a breath of fresh air whenever I go.
