it's not international site, it's japanese site. even if it's translated into english a bit, a majority of it is still in japanese. and the whole new influx of people lack the courtesy of learning a bit of the language of site they want to use

Actually, iirc, they intend to put servers/translate the site into other languages and go further into the international community.

Also, majority of a user base being from one country =/= not an international website.
