You sound like you don't understand how tumblr works.

If some girl named Molly tags her art with "molly's art", then "molly's art" becomes a tag. Also, there's a lot of debate about whether phrases like "die cis scum" are appropriate or okay, with very opinionated people on both sides. People use it sarcastically, too, and sarcastic tag blathering is a thing on tumblr.

I don't want to go to that tag and I'm not going to, but it being a tag is not weird or out of the ordinary, or even at all informative about tumblr users as a whole.
