Ah. Well. Sex with underage kids is not cool. Full stop. At this point, whether he did it or not is an open question, and I guess it'll eventually come out in court, if it goes that far.

He admitted to it in at least one case. I believe the question is whether he realized they were underage, as he met at least one of them via an adult personals chat line. Worst-case scenario, he knew (or believed) they were all underage, and exercised terrible judgment in going through with it anyway. I don't think any of the accusers is claiming he forced himself on them.

That doesn't make it okay, but yeah, he's no Sandusky.

He admitted to having a relationship with the person but said they were all of legal age at the time. He never admitted to statutory rape.

Perhaps not, but there is a world of difference between 'underage, because their birthday is a couple months away' (what Clash is accused of) and 'underage because they haven't even hit puberty yet' (what Sandusky did).

Clash may have committed statutory rape. Sandusky is a child molester.
