Yes, but here's the thing - most writers don't have that level of celebrity where it comes up very often. Face it, most writers, even really well known ones, just aren't well known enough by the whole unless they've said/done something *really* stupid [Cassandra Claire and plagiarizing] or manage to hit it as big as Harry Potter or Twilight, just aren't in the public conscious enough for people to really be that aware of them.

For example, Orson Scott Card [and yes, I know his whole thing with homophobia, and yeah it was stupid] is an amazingly well known writer. However, how many people would actually be able to pick him out of a crowd? Or Piers Anthony, who has over 140 published books, for that matter? My point was that the chances that the OP would get famous enough for enough people to actively go looking for photos of them to mock just aren't that good.
