Unless they're being worn by 900-year-old aliens who have the excuse of being 80% batshit insane and not human, I fucking hate the way bowties look on guys. Even on tuxedos or period outfits. They look utterly ridiculous and clownish and like a decoration on a pet dog or cat's collar and I cannot take a guy's hotness seriously while he's wearing one. I always want to just rip them off and replace them with an actual proper tie.

This amuses me, not because I judge you or disagree or anything, but because it made me realise that I like guys in bowties BECAUSE "They look utterly ridiculous"...

As someone who wears bowties because I find them tres cool and a nice addition to the right outfit, I was almost sadface.
