If I see someone (willingly) eating a food I really hate, all hope of me ever being attracted to them is lost forever.

Or eating any food in class, especially things that crunch or have a strong odor.

Your pithy stunned reaction tells me you processed "being attracted to" as "wanting anything to do with." It's okay, some people have a hard time telling the difference.

I'm the opposite. If you refuse to eat a food that I like, then my attraction to you wavers. This applies more to healty eating than anything, though. If you refuse to eat chocolate or something? Eh. I'll live. If you refuse to eat vegetables (especially if you refuse to eat raw vegetables)? Unacceptable. And if we are together/good friends/whatevers, I will hound you until you at least try.

This is getting very picky, though, for me.

Being hounded to do things I don't want to do is a major turnoff to me. It's not your job to make me "try" new things.
