There's always that problem with internet crazies. You can't tell which are fakers, which have just gotten too far into their own little fandom cult, and which ones have actual mental problems that would make mocking them in poor taste. I generally choose the former two options, unless there's hard evidence (or as close as you can get to it on the web) of the third.
