Actually, last I watched, Howard had really settled down a lot.

But, yeah, Amy's switch from 'asexual' to 'creepy damned stalker' (with a brief pause at 'vaguely curious') really pissed me off.

I don't think Amy was ever asexual. It was quite clear from the start that she has a sex drive, just no one has ever given it to her- she did fawn over one of Penny's ex-boyfriends and she is very open about what she wants.

At first her and Sheldon's relationship I really liked because it was trying to comprise between someone who is asexual and sexual. However both sides are clearly abusive, from the chest rubbing to Sheldon using Amy for favours because he knows she is more devoted to him (see relationship agreement).
