Hm, I haven't noticed any particular silencing...not saying it hasn't happened, I just haven't seen it. Half the fun I have with the comic is following or contributing to the comments that criticize it and the plot and characters (while still enjoying the ride). Most critical comments on the pages seem to be intact to me, even the super-long or wanky ones. Some of them are best-rated.

I have seen the writers pushing their own interpretation with the typical "wait and see, give it a chance, we'll totally prove Atros has Reasons!" (snarf), but a lot of us don't agree and we freely express it, sometimes directly to the authors. We just don't expect anything to change.
