Yeah that one movie has always bothered me so much, every single year. Even Santa was horrible, I'm like you turned Santa into a mean bully wtf is wrong with you people.

whatever also made them think that "your disfigurements and/or physical differences are mock-worthy unless you do exceptional things to make up for them" was a thing that needed to be expanded to excruciating detail from the original

(instead of focusing on the awesome day-saving parts

it's like they think children prefer bullshit school/teenager drama to awesome adventures

dafuq is wrong with adults)

Maybe I'm crazy, but the moral I always took away from that was, "don't make fun of people who are different, because our differences are part of what make us who we are."
