^ All. Of. This.

You can't tell by looking at someone what their interests are. That's like saying "Hey, see that guy sitting at the bus stop? HE MUST BE A HOCKEY FAN!" It's ridiculous.

I'm 5'2", 120lbs, conventionally attractive (with a commonly fetishized trait--I'm a redhead) and I've been buy comics since I was eleven. My dad used to make up bedtime stories about the Fantastic Four for me. Star Trek, Star Wars, comics... all staples of my life from a very young age.

But hey, if I posted a picture, OP would know all that, right?

I'm a redhead, too!

It was pretending to be characters from the X-Men with my sister and I when we were kids. (We shared a bedroom with bunk-beds, so we could tell essentially rp through the wooden separator thing for hours. Our mother had to come in and tell us to go to sleep already and quit messing around probably 2-3 nights a week at least.)

Obviously you and I don't deserve the fun and fellowship of geekdom, though, since just by looking you can tell that we're skinny elitist bitches just out for some hot, male* nerd attention.

*Also, I'm a lesbian. I have no desire for any form of male sexual attention whatsoever, not even when cosplaying as the Black Queen.

X-Men was absolutely my (and my elementary school best friend's) favorite game as a kid. I always wanted to be Phoenix... not Jean Grey not, because apparently even then I was going for the more obscure characters. I wanted to be Rachel Summers. LOL

No, we are obviously unworthy and should be ashamed of ourselves for our blatant want of attention from these hot geek males.

lol I don't ever recall going to a con or event trolling for tail, and I'm bi. But hey, I'm probably faking that for attention too.

Rachel Summers Phoenix is way cooler than Jean Phoenix, so I don't blame you!

I always wanted to be Rogue because my mother's entire family is from West Virginia, and I thought she had the coolest mom in canon, which was important since I, too, have a cool mom. Also, Angel, I don't know why, but I've always adored Angel--I think he's highly underrated.

I thought bi people were, like, unicorns...or something? I guess when you go to cons you'll have to beware of bronies. ;-)

Attention, that's all we want! All reasonably attractive, thin women are like attention succubi drawing men in so we can drain their life force through the power of our hypno!vaginas.

Right? The costume was so much more badass too! :D

Rogue was definitely up there on my list too. So is Angel! I started reading right around the time he first went to Apocalypse to get his wings back and wow! Seriously, that stuck with me! But then I discovered the Scarlet Witch and jumped ship for the Avengers. LOL

I have, through many years of practice, managed to hide my horn. LOL

Obviously we feed on the attention to remain young and suck the nerd knowledge from our unwitting victims.
