Hahaha. You sound like someone who either doesn't need to loose weight or has given up.

I need to lose 100lbs. I'm down 30lbs and I'm not stopping. It takes dedication and completely changing your lifestyle.

So, fuck you for telling someone they can't and likely won't lose weight. It sounds like you don't know anything about motivation and having goals.
