Couldn't the cat ears uuuh transform into human ears? :/

Well if people can magically have/shed cat ears and magical powers I'm sure the cat ears could move forward into place as they change!

I guess :/ but uuuh it would change the plot slightly anyway. If they can have magical powers and all I'm sure they could find another way to hide it!

(Because in all seriousness- fake cat ears? Hard to make convincing I would have thought...)
