Doujinshi don't bother with things like preserving personalities and making sense. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE PORN.

As for who, it was a bunch of old men and Kabuto. I was curious about that myself so I looked it up.

Kabuto didn't actually "participate" but he was the one who set Tayuya up to be raped.

The "plot" was that Tayuya didn't die from Temari's attack after all, and Konoha found and brought her back. Kabuto disguises himself as an ANBU member and has a bunch of fat disgusting men gangrape Tayuya; why, I have no idea because I wasn't particularly keen on translating this doujinshi. Possibly to punish her for failing, or to keep her from revealing Orochimaru's plans: the ending pretty much insinuates that she's been raped into insanity or something near it.

Yeah, I deleted this particular one reeeeeaaaal fast, if you couldn't tell. I know I often complain about the complete and utter lack of Kabuto het in doujinshi, but I'd rather not have him at all than in something like this. The "Ninja Dependence" series as a whole is pretty damn nasty--about the only good thing I can say about the one with Tayuya is that it didn't end like the one with Sakura (which I heard about and then promptly made it my life's work to never set eyes on that one if I could help it).
