there's a community here...it's just called jet_set_radio, it's been kind of dead for a while but recently it's seen some new light. You should join if you can! We need new members!

And on Fanfic.net, there's a section for it (Jet Grind Radio). Although, apparently, no one likes fanfic.net anymore. If YOU do, I highly recommend reading Bagatelle, a JSRF fanfic author~ XD
