As for the the secret, I don't ship it (I find it hard to ship anything in that game tbh, even the canon and not-technically-canon-but-the-writer-ships-them pairings), but the teasing for these two is so cracktastic that I wouldn't mind reading shippy fic that didn't take itself seriously and went along the same over the top tone...

Seven and Lotus! The official site has an extensive and often very interesting Q&A with the writer, it comes up there.
They're my favourites and I'm not averse to the idea but not entirely for it either *shrug*

Yep, they're one of the two I was guessing. And ship HARD. Way harder than Junpei/June. (The other's Snake Eyes/Clover. Yes, I shipped them, even with the whole brother/sister thing. v_v;)
