I actually thought Yuuko dying was quite a good plot point, since it let the plot move forward a bit and tied in with Tsubasa pretty well. But yeah, the plot after that point got rather slow.

I just want to find out who Doumeki had kids with, haha. Since it kept teasing him and Watanuki, and then suddenly Doumeki Gen 3 pops out of nowhere... the shippers' tears will be sweet

Oh, no, I think it was a good plot point too, but the series was handled... I dunno, sluggishly after.

Y'know, the fact that Doumeki had to get with someone for Doumeki 3.0 slipped my mind. Didn't the anime imply it was Kohane? Kind of a shame, I thought Kohane would end up with Watanuki.

I hope CLAMP at least gives us a little on what happened with all of the relationships in the end.

The manga implies that it was Kohane, too (and there was even some foreshadowing back in that arc with the jealous woman -- remember when Watanuki warned Doumeki to keep Kohane away from the shrine?).

I hope that Doumeki 3.0 is named Madoka, to keep up the family tradition.

It's not implied - Doumeki gives Watanuki an invitation to the wedding.
